01. How long does it take to receive my order? We usually ship in-stock items within 2 days unless the items are back order, then it usually takes 5-7 business until we ship. Expect to receive your products in 10-14 days after you've placed your order, depending on where you live.
02. Are the styles on your website the only available styles/colors? Our website features an extremely wide range of styles and colors, but if you have a very important request, please email us. You'll never know what we might be able to do JUST FOR YOU! However, please keep in mind that all custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
04. Do you take C.O.D.S? No, we can no longer accept C.O.D. payments.
05.What methods of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express. We also accept personal/company checks, money orders, cashier's checks & bank wire transfer (fees may apply).
06. I live outside the USA, what methods of payment do you accept? Sorry that we do not take international orders at this moment!
07. Does Canada count as international? Although we do ship to Canada, but we do not take credit cards issued by Canadian banks. We only accept checks & money order payments for Canadian orders. (Shipping charge may vary)
08. On an earlier visit, I saw an item that I really wanted... Where is it? Please email us for availability or to find out if we will have it again. Please make sure to give us a good description and item number.
09. How do I know that my order has been shipped? We will notify you via email when we ship out your order. In some case, if you feel you did not receive the confirmation email, you can always call or email us for detail info.
10. Can I get my order shipped faster? Yes, we offer express shipping at an additional charge. Simply call in your order Toll-Free at 1-888-636-6327 to place your order and request a faster method of shipment.
11. Does your company offer a catalog? Yes, On CD Rom Only. Sorry, we do not offer a paper catalog at this moment.
12. What carrier does your company use to ship packages? We ship using United Parcel Services (UPS).
13. Can I get a refund, if I don't like my purchase? If you are not satisfied at all for any reason with an item, please return it to us for a refund, credit or exchange, within fifteen (15) days from the day you receive your order. Please read our
