Display ACD Statistics and Supervisor Messages on Agent and Supervisor Workstations -- The Alpha Popup Statistics and Message Display System displays ACD Statistics and Supervisor messages in a pop-up window on an Agent or Supervisor's workstation screen, if the workstations are on a network.

Here are three views of the Alpha Popup screen. The first view shows the ACD statistics and update status. The second view shows ACD statistics only. The third view shows ACD statistics, update status and the queue or skillset selection list.

Required Items:

Alpha ACD Statistics and Message Server Software -- A software application, such as the Alpha Call Center System must be installed to gather ACD statistics and send them out over the network to Agent and Supervisor workstations.

Alpha ACD Statistics and Message Server Computer -- a Pentium III, Pentium IV, Celeron or AMD equivalent computer system, Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional with the latest Service Pack, and Internet Explorer with the latest Service Pack.

LAN Connectivity -- Ethernet connectivity must be established between the Alpha ACD Statistics and Message Server Computer and the User and Supervisor workstations.

Modem Phone Line -- An analog modem phone line and telephone jack should be installed near the Alpha Server for system installation and remote support. It is also used for training, for program maintenance and for troubleshooting problems when they occur.
Installation of the Alpha software on the Server and on User and Supervisor workstations.

Warranty -- The Alpha Popup Statistics and Message Display System software is covered by a lifetime warranty. If the Alpha Popup Statistics and Message Display System software fails in any way, we will fix it or replace it by modem at no additional charge.

Popup ACD Display I - This video shows the Popup ACD Display on top of the Remote Message Editor screen. The Title bar on the Popup ACD Display shows how often the statistics are updated by showing the time statistics were last updated. The Popup ACD Display may be dragged to any location on the screen using the mouse, and the Title bar may be removed by clicking the Popup ACD Display.

Popup ACD Display II - This video shows a closeup view of the Popup ACD Display with a sample message. It shows how the Popup ACD Display can be dragged to any location on the screen. It shows how the Title bar can be turned off. It also shows how the Configuration screen can be displayed.

Popup ACD Display III - This video shows the Popup ACD Display with its Configuration screen open, and it shows how the queues (or skillsets) being displayed are selected from the list of all queues being monitored.
